Congratulations..!
http://www.babiesonline.com/pregnancy/duedate

Congratulations!

Your Due Date Is Sunday, August 05, 2007
Your conception date was most likely Sunday, November 12, 2006
You are in Week 9 of your pregnancy and your baby is 7 weeks old. Why is this? *
Your Second Trimester will begin 2/4/2007
And your Third Trimester will begin 5/6/2007
60 days down, 220 to go!

* Why is this?:
A full term pregnancy lasts 40 weeks (280 days), broken down into 13-week trimesters, starting from the first day of your last menstrual period. That's right, you haven't even conceived in what physicians consider to be the first two weeks of pregnancy. You might as well get used to this idea now: Your first day of pregnancy is the first day of your last menstrual period. Ovulation usually occurs two weeks after that, and most women conceive during that time. So as if thinking you may be growing a human being inside of you isn't confusing enough, you are already two weeks pregnant on the day you conceive!

And how's mom doing? Your slightly-larger-than-a-cherry embryo is also starting to have a physical impact on you this week—and not just hormonally, as you may be noticing a slight bulge at your midline. Most people wouldn’t even notice the change, but since you’re tuned in to every little change in your body, it hasn’t it’s always worth the time and effort to explain to yourself and others the reason for your current emotional rollercoaster; you don’t have to be a monster just because you feel a little whacked out slipped past. Good news for the hormonally tortured: if you have been extra moody lately, that may start to subside this week, as the placenta is just starting to make your baby’s hormones. This means your body will soon be able to relax its over-production of hormones as the placenta starts to regulate your baby’s hormones-- allowing your body to focus on producing more “regular levels” of hormones (see Week 10).
At this point any close family or friends have undoubtedly noticed you’re a little more moody and/or irritable than usual. And there are probably times where you’re ready to tell the world off (maybe you already have), but it’s always worth the time and effort to explain to yourself and others the reason for your current emotional rollercoaster; you don’t have to be a monster just because you feel a little whacked out. Focus on your breathing and energy levels. Take naps if you feel fatigued but don’t be afraid to take long walks outside for fresh air. Sit down if you start to feel nauseous, eat (healthy vitamin-rich) foods when you’re hungry. Even though there’s no bi-weekly paycheck or boss, pregnancy is harder work than you might think and you need lots of positive physical and emotional energy to provide your baby with the safest strongest home possible.

http://www.babycenter.com:
today (26 December 02) As hungry as you may be in the coming weeks, eating for two doesn't mean doubling your serving sizes — your baby's caloric needs are still pretty small.

You haven't gained much weight yet, but parts of you are certainly growing — like your breasts. You'll soon need bigger bras with better support than your old ones. You may notice your waistline expanding as well, forcing you to pack away your favorite jeans. Less obvious is the increase in your blood volume; by the end of your pregnancy, you'll have 40 to 50 percent more blood running through your veins to meet the demands of your baby. Your need for iron increases with your blood volume. Take your prenatal vitamins to make sure you're getting the extra iron you need so that you don't become anemic.Feeling tired? Hormonal changes, in particular, can cause you to feel sluggish. And it's not uncommon to be having trouble getting a good night's sleep at this point, especially if you're uncomfortable at night or getting up to use the bathroom repeatedly. Frequent nausea and vomiting can certainly cost you energy, too. If you can, try to get between nine and ten hours of sleep at night, or take naps during the day.

Fetal development in pregnancy week 8:embryo in second month We’ve got one whole inch of baby to measure! Your little embryo has finally reached the one-inch mark (30mm) at last. And if it were possible to take a peek, you could see your tiny baby with your naked eye! What’s more, your baby is finally starting to take on some very distinct human features. For starters, their little tail (really just the spinal cord) has disappeared completely. It’s nice to know your baby can no longer be mistaken for a sea creature! Additionally, both their toes and fingers are prominent with very little, if any, webbing. Upper and lower limbs all show recognizable joints (elbows and knees) and the lower limb bones are starting to ossify. But don’t expect your baby to resemble either parent quite yet. Right now, your baby’s head is disproportionately larger than the rest of their body--making up almost half of your little one’s height and weight!

How your baby's growing: Your baby is now 5/8 of an inch long, about the size of a kidney bean. She's constantly moving and shifting, although you won't be able to feel these womb wiggles for several weeks yet. Her embryonic tail is disappearing, and her eyelids practically cover her eyes. Still slightly webbed, her fingers and toes are growing longer. Her arms have lengthened, too, and her hands are now flexed at the wrist and meet over her heart. Her knee joints have formed, and her feet may be long enough to meet in front of her body. With her trunk straightening out, her head is more erect. Breathing tubes extend from her throat to the branches of her developing lungs. The nerve cells in her brain are also branching out to connect with one another, forming primitive neural pathways. Though you may be daydreaming about your baby as one gender or another, the external genitals still haven't developed enough to reveal whether you're having a boy or a girl.

The heart is pumping
me
I went to see my gynae yesterday. . & I saw my lil baby's heart beating.. (My son & hubby saw it too!!) Based on the measurement & due date calculation, the baby's growth is okay (normal). (I will post the scan photo later..)

beside the scan, she gave me all these.. to be taken daily..

For me & baby
* Duphaston :
so I'll have healthy uterine lining & to avoid miscarriage.

* Folic Acid:
You need extra folic acid during pregnancy, especially in the first 12 weeks while your baby’s body is being formed. Not enough folic acid at this time may, in some women, cause a problem with the developing brain and spinal cord in her baby. This is what is meant by a neural tube defect or NTD. (http://www.babyworld.co.uk/information/pregnancy/health/eating/folic_acid.asp)

* B Complex:
Help! couldnt find anything on this!!

For me(due to serious choughing & flu)
* T. Bisolvan:
Bisolvan is a mucolytic (?!) and effective in the treatment of chesty coughs

* T. Piriton:
Can't find any relevant info on this. But I've been taking it for flu..all this while (& it's safe to be taken during pregnancy)

* Rhinathiol (cough syrup):
Cough syrup - safe to be taken during pregnancy..
baby
Weekly fetal development; at 7th week:

http://www.babycenter.com:
How your baby's growing: Your baby still appears to have a small tail (actually, it's an extension of his tailbone), which will disappear in the next few weeks. But that's the only thing getting smaller. Now almost half an inch long — roughly the size of a raspberry — he has elbow joints and distinct, slightly webbed fingers and toes. In his oversized head, both hemispheres of his brain are developing. His teeth and the inside of his mouth are forming, and his ears continue to develop. Eyelid folds partially cover his tiny peepers, which already have some color, and the tip of that nose you'll be tweaking someday is emerging. His skin is paper-thin and his veins are clearly visible.Your little one also has an appendix and a pancreas, which will eventually produce the hormone insulin to aid in digestion. His liver is busy producing red blood cells, and a loop of your baby's growing intestines is bulging into his umbilical cord, which now has distinct blood vessels to carry oxygen and nutrients to and from his tiny body. You can't feel his gyrations yet, but your baby is like a little jumping bean, moving in fits and starts around his watery home.

http://pregnancy.baby-gaga.com
Your baby is really beginning to develop more physical definition this week – their oversized head isn’t just large and oblong anymore, it’s actually a little bit pointy. The tiny receding tail bud is now starting to be overshadowed by the growth of their legs, which are now complete with knees and the beginnings of toes. Their eyes and ears are the most visible features on the head and miniature bones are starting to harden throughout their body. You also have some variation on a boy or a girl at this point although their genitals won’t be visible enough to determine which color cigars you’re going to buy until around the 16th week.

6th Weeks
me:
Alhamdulillah.
I'm already in my sixth week plus 5 days.
My last pregnancy lasted only 5 weeks plus (5days to be exact).
I hope everything will be okay this time. InsyaAllah.
But, what worries me is that, I dont have any pregnancy symptoms/sickness at all.
I'm starting to doubt, Me being pregnant for no.2.
But the test was '+' .. remember?
Everything taste good. No such unpleasent smell. Except for one thing.. my b**bs are damn sore.

I was thinking of visiting my gynae this evening.. called up the clinic, but she's done for today. Will be available tomorrow evening. hmm..

My first day of last period was 29 October 2006. Meaning that, my baby will be due on August 5 2006 (that is if my cycle is 28days..) calculate here

oh.. one more thing. none of my family member knows that I'm pregnant (except for hubby). None of my best friend (ops.., 1 person knows). Only 2 of my collegues know (one who keep track of my period, since we share the same date & cycle..ehheh & one of my team member, in case of any emergency). yeah.. thats it.. oh.. plus who ever reads this posting. (i believe ppl have stopped visiting since my miscarriage few months ago).

okay peeps. take good care. will update with news from my gynae.

Your baby's limbs begin to develop, but at this stage they look more like fins with bumps at the ends than the adorable arms, legs, fingers, and toes they'll later morph into.

Maybe?

the last line didn't appear..but the '+' appeared. What does that mean? According to the 'manual', "please try again using new test kit" ..oh come onnn...!! its not cheap, its RM23++ for one stick!
It says there the last line will not appear if there's either too many urine, or too little.. sigh ..
I had to take the test yesterday, since my company is having a bowling outing tonite. If its '+' then I wont bowl, if '-' then yes ..
so.. ?? no.. I wont bowl today la. I'd rather be the FOC company photographer :)
